Select Sires Inc. | United States, OH, Plain City Select Sires, Inc. seeks a Dry Goods Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to oversee the shipment and deliveries of non-semen supplies and to administer the inventory system. Position coordinates activities of the shipping and receiving warehouse to ensure adequate supplies are on-hand to support operations. The coordinator assists all departments with daily courier service to provide convenient, dependable, and safe pickup/delivery of the company’s time critical parcels. Essential duties and accountability consist of coordinating and expediting flow of supplies while maintaining accurate and proactive control of inventory; to include but not limited to:Provide responsive and timely delivery/pickup service in central Ohio for all departments, representing Select Sires in a pleasant and professional manner.Organize and oversee daily town run (to include deliveries and pickups to/from ODA and Federal Vet)Driver required to remain at ODA and/or Federal Vet until required documentation is processed and/or received.Town Run responsibilities may be coordinated with the maintenance teamReceive and distribute all non-semen deliveries received at the dockAccurately and timely fill, package, and ship member and international supply orders. Print sales order invoices once shipped.Accurately and timely receive, and verify incoming freight deliveries from FedEx, UPS and various other freight haulers and appropriately deliver such. Accurately maintain the inventory system for all supply master listing items and notify the Purchasing Manager when reorder levels are reached.Manage vending machine purchases to include count, sort and assemble vending money for deposit.Organize and oversee the A.I. Manual assembly.
