The Arc of Spokane’s Supported Living Program believes that having a disability should not prevent someone from enjoying a rich and meaningful life. We support adult men and women living in their own homes with the freedom to work, socialize, and recreate as they wish. Supported individuals in our program enjoy the best life has to offer AND more importantly professional staff (YOU!) who are fully qualified to support their needs.

**There will be a hiring bonus of $ 250.00 after 30 days of successful employment, $500.00 after 90 days of successful employment and $1,000 with the successful completion of training & after 120 days employed.**

We are currently looking to fill part-time and full-time shifts: Swing & NOC shifts, flexibility is key, weekends are required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• HS Diploma or GED
• Successfully pass required background checks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• May require driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle for work-related use (mileage reimbursement available)

Compensation: $20.75-$22.83. DOE starting range, entire scale to $26.98 per hour, Non-exempt, Full-time 40 hours per week, Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 13 Paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick, Personal Leave
