Our Digital Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content for various media platforms including social media, web and email marketing. Your primary focus will be to research trends, write compelling copy, implement strategic media campaigns, and maintain the Onsite brand.

We’re looking for a data driven individual that thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics and can leverage both to help us grow our audience and increase engagement across all channels and brands.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English or relevant field or extensive proven successful work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Must have 5-8 years of prior experience in digital marketing analytics or data analytics
  • Experience in creating and implementing social media content and campaigns.
  • Experience in identifying and tracking relevant community metrics.
  • Experience in interpreting website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience managing others.
  • Availability to travel up to 30%

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Maintain Onsite’s content calendar by scheduling and deploying all outbound media including social media, blog, and email marketing initiatives
  • Manage and monitor community engagement on various social media platforms in a timely manner
  • Regularly assess marketing KPIs and proactively provide necessary recommendations to Digital Director
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designer and Creative Marketing Director in creative media development
  • Write and implement compelling brand copy to be used across platforms and brands
  • Keep up with social media and digital technology trends such as hashtags, new channels, etc.
  • Develop and oversee strategic growth initiatives for social media through advertising and influencer campaigns
  • As the team grows, supervise and project manage various marketing team members such as media specialists and interns
