The Digital Media Manager plays a key role in our Operations department within the Offers & Shopping organization. You will be responsible for hands-on implementation of client's campaigns from campaign launch to completion to ensure best in market customer service and overall campaign success. You will advise on, support, and implement new or changing advertising flights in conjunction with our Sales and Merchant Operations teams. You will also have primary responsibility for maintaining Merchant data quality in both Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) and Internal systems, which will include routine campaign data monitoring, reporting & analysis as well as participation in any data quality improvement efforts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Primary operations liaison with Sales, Customer Success, and other operations teams in support of merchant go-to-market campaigns
  • Own day-to-day communications and escalations with Sales & Merchant Operations to efficiently and effectively deploy the campaigns and maximize budget dollars
  • Shepherd scope, budget, and overall campaign resources while supporting the day-to-day execution campaigns
  • Assist Sales, Customer Success, Merchant Operations and other teams with understanding how campaigns can be set up and targeted into our proprietary technology to ensure successful return for Merchant and Publisher profitability
  • Create and maintain campaign business rules documentation
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics and Development teams to provide platform enhancement recommendations that improve workflow and campaign implementation experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3-5 years' experience within the operations and/or paid advertising
  • Excellent project management, data analysis and business systems analysis skills
  • Experienced at setting up controls, processes, and procedures
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, data queries, and Microsoft Excel
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player and independent worker
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
  • Passionate and curious about all aspects of the business and have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficient in SQL
