Dr. Douglas Whitfield & Dr. Joel Rude: We are a private practice in Maple Valley. Looking for a new team member to help our growing practice.
Our work environment includes:
- Friendly, fun office with 2 front office staff, 2 Assistants, 1 Hygienist and 2 Doctors.
Our private practice is looking for a hard working individual, who is committed to helping others, to become our newest Dental Receptionists. We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a dental office, and should be familiar with dental procedures and terminology. You will be the first point of contact for our patients looking to schedule appointments. We're seeking an individual with strong communication skills and an ability to maintain a positive and warm attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments.
- Verify patient insurance, post all payments & follow-up with insurance claims/payments.
- Answer questions regarding patient's insurance, appointments and financial information.
- Pay - DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
