Job Description
Job Summary (General Responsibilities):
Responsible for all order management, including purchase orders, customer returns, and samples for the Belkin, Phyn, and WeMo divisions.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Transfer all data from hard copy to a digital database in Oracle and Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Maintain customer profile up to date with current information
- Search for and investigate information contained in files
- Organize hard copies into SharePoint for auditing purposes
- Provide data entry support across the organization
- Verify outdated information and make necessary changes to records
- Manage high-volume data transfer
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Preferred minimum of 2 years in a corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Skilled customer service advocate
- Experience in Microsoft Suite of Programs with advanced skills in Excel

The starting base salary for this position is:
$32,400
Factors such as geographic location, academic credentials, relevant experience, and specific knowledge, skills and abilities will influence the actual salary offered. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, compensation also includes a performance-based bonus, and in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
