Job Description
- Tristel is an infection prevention company. The purpose of our business is to develop innovative solutions to prevent the transmission of microbes from one object or person to another. We achieve this by applying a powerful biocidal chemistry chlorine dioxide to a target environmental surface or medical device.
Salary Range: $19.00 per hour
This is a remote position
Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining of incoming paper to outgoing vendors.
- Verify Customer information on each order when received and entered against company database to confirm all information is correct.
- Inventory data entry into Company system.
- Adjust inventory records to reflect product adjustment into Company Inventory Systems.
- Invoicing in a timely manner.
- Check all entries to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Be able to understand documents, such as purchase orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous.
- Completion of high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of CSR experience/in a similar role is an asset.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
