ExpertVoice is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative. You would play a crucial role in supporting ExpertVoice sold campaigns, programs, and initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of all day-to-day activities and wowing our clients with attentive value-driving responses with the ExpertVoice product offerings. This person would work closely with our clients and many internal teams, including sales, professional services, marketing, and product development.
You will serve as the execution point of contact for a large portfolio of existing and new ExpertVoice clients. You will help execute all critical channels of work and interact with the client regularly via phone and email. You’ll be responsible for helping the clients execute best practices and identifying opportunities to grow the partnership while continuing to deliver results from their service to demonstrate the value of the partnership.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the execution point of contact for a high-volume book of business
- Work closely with Sales and Project Managers to execute and launch large online client projects including marketing campaigns and other integrated marketing initiatives
- Gather and report analytics and key performance indicators to clients on a regular basis
- Explain usage statistics, give insights, and work proactively with the Account Executives to drive client ROI
- Develop, organize and lead client-facing platform training and presentations in order to increase knowledge and elevate clients' understanding of internal and external tools; including but not limited to, analytics training, sales rep training, order processing, etc.
- Interact with clients regularly via email and phone conducting Business Reviews, cadence calls, and one-off requests
- Help build and maintain a master calendar of events for each client, planning out promotional activities for the year
- Report client status and feedback to appropriate internal ExpertVoice teams
- Keep detailed track of main contacts and key personnel changes
- Meet quarterly initiatives and objectives
- Onboard new brands with our course on ExpertVoice best practices
Skills:
- Interest in working in a creative, fast-paced, start-up environment

- Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people
- Creative problem solver
- Self-motivated and proactive
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Online account management experience and/or Customer Support experience for a high-tech software-related firm
- Ability to interpret and translate analytical data to clients in a manner that is digestible.
- Experience with direct B2B client communications
- Familiarity with using Salesforce, Tableau, EXCEL, Google Suite, Outlook, Slack. (JIRA is a plus, but not required)
- Interest in working in a creative, fast-paced, start-up environment
