We are recruiting for a full time Customer Service Specialist in the Access Center to answer incoming calls with outstanding customer service skills in a timely manner, process, and rout accordingly.

Office Hours: Day Shift

Principal duties and responsibilities:

• Responds accurately to a high volume of inbound calls
• Responds to all incoming calls and schedules appointments according to guidelines
• Documentation of call is detailed and accurate
• Demonstrates good judgement of advancing urgent calls
• Enter patient demographics
• Ability to multi-task with typing and talking simultaneously
• Interacts with patients, physicians, and staff to provide accurate communication

Education and experience requirements:

High School graduate

Prior call center, customer service and medical office related experience preferred.

Computer and key boarding skill required
