This position will be based onsite at our client’s Delta Airlines office. The client requires all team members to have received the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire thus proof of vaccination is a requisite to be considered for employment.
Job Summary
At FLEETCOR, The Customer Service Agent – Crew Accommodations is responsible for booking hotels and transportation for Delta Airlines crew members worldwide. This full time position will be responsible for communicating effectively to resolve problems with vendors and crew members. They will be working with a team of agents to help keep the Delta operation running smoothly. They will also be in correspondence with pilots, flight attendants, and other departments within Delta. Must be able to work Overnight Tues - Sat.
Responsibilities

  • Book hotel accommodations for Delta flight attendants and pilots
  • Communicating effectively through Microsoft Office
  • Help crew members or vendors if they have any question or needs regarding their hotel or transportation
  • Handle payments with vendors
  • Read crew schedules to determine what is needed
  • Work closely with crew tracking and other groups relevant to operational needs that may affect crews and passengers
  • Learn and understand the Delta systems utilized

Requirements

  • Possess a general understanding of Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to apply and analyze data
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • High school diploma or GED Certificate is required. Some college education is preferred but not required
  • Some customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
