Customer Service Represenative-1st Shift

This is an ENTRY LEVEL Position

Founded in 1987 and located in Contoocook New Hampshire just west of Concord NH.

We are a precision sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining one-stop-shop. A leader in rapid prototyping and short-run production, we have two facilities located in Contoocook-New Hampshire as well as additional facilities in California, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Colorado.

Job Summary:

As a valued team member, the Customer Service Representative will provide quality service when responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner via email or telephone while working in a call center environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research order status and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding the root cause of order delays and suggest methods for improving late deliveries such as expediting finish.
• Create and update Standard Operating Procedures
• Follow the guidelines set forth in all policies and procedures.
• Process RMA’s and fill out Refund Requests forms.
• Prepare order status reports by collecting and analyzing customer.
• Coordinate conference calls per customer request.
• Utilize Salesforce to document customer interactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned while working within a team environment.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to accurately multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Works well independently and as a team.
• Typing Proficiency
• Computer Savvy

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate or GED or equivalent qualifications.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Customer Service, preferably in an office setting.
• Previous Manufacturing & Salesforce experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Continuous sitting with the option of a standing desk alternative.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Combination of an office and manufacturing environment.
• Fast paced team focused environment.
• Relaxed Dress code.

TRAVEL:

• Occasional travel between NH facilities is required.
