Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Utilize all avenues to solve a customer's concern, but if you can't, explain the why with an empathetic ear and communicate with sales management for assistance
- Attend regular meetings with fellow Customer Service Representatives and sales supervisors and qualified sales management to receive coaching and feedback on how to improve customer acquisition and sale
- Providing above-and-beyond, fantastic customer service by establishing trusting relationships with customers and providing them with the best sales experience imaginable
- Work cross-functionally to identify ways to enable world-class customer service and sales practices at a scale
- Establish and update accurate customer information files in an online system and ensure clients receive all necessary follow-up information
- Secure, analyze and protect sensitive personal and financial information following company compliance guidelines
