We are new to the Fort Worth area, but have 5 locations across DFW. We are continuing to prosper and grow as we are the leading company in our industry. We are looking to fill multiple full time Customer Service Associate positions. If you're hard-working, willing to learn and can start immediately then WE WANT YOU!
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Escalate inquiries and requests
- Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
- Perform research to answer customer inquiries and requests
- Grow existing customer accounts and open new customer accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and utilize your effective sales techniques
Experience preferred, but not required.
