We are a growing Sales organization offering outsourced Sales and Customer Service support for larger corporations. We are responsible for seeking out potential prospects, engaging and providing Customer Service from inception through to stewardship.
Customer Service and Sales Representatives are the cornerstone of our business. They provide valuable and engaging frontline information to potential customers in order to secure ongoing customer loyalty and ensure satisfaction. Please note this is an in-office role, with an additional requirement of dedicating ONE shift per week to Business-to-Business Sales. Absolutely no cold-calling is required.
Shifts are available 7 days per week at our downtown office. The minimum requirement for this role is 3 shifts per week although priority will be given to full-time employees.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Tracking sales via tablets and company specific software
- Engaging with new and existing customers
- Answering questions and walking customers through the onboarding process
- Maintaining customer database and accurately processing orders
- Working in a team setting to develop unique and engaging sales pitches
- Maintaining accurate knowledge regarding subscription programs
- Basic administrative tasks such as basic data entry, email and phone correspondence, attending Zoom training seminars, team meetings and one-on-one check ins with supervisor
- One B2B shift per week, while the rest of your shifts will be spent in-office
- Maintaining local business database
- Attending to all walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
Compensation and Benefits:
- This is an employee role, offering an hourly wage plus bonuses

Qualifications:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday availability (commitment of 3 days per week would be considered for the right candidate)
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing
- Comfortable working with the general public
- Ability to retain and deliver information in an engaging and friendly manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
