The primary requirements of a Jersey Mike's crew member is a commitment to our company's goals:

Restaurant Food Server's Responsibilities:

• Maintain a fast speed of food service, especially during rush times
• Take orders from customers and input their selections into the restaurant's computer systems
• Assemble orders in a timely organized fashion for serving
• Process large orders for catering and other food service events
• Clean your restaurant station thoroughly before, during and after each shift
• Serve restaurant's customers with the highest quality service to insure their complete satisfaction
• Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures

Restaurant Food Server Requirements/Skills:

• Positive attitude
• Teachable and eager to learn new skills
• Genuinely enjoys interacting with other people
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
• Strong customer service skills
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs.
