We are seeking a full time Conversion Copywriter to work with our LadyBoss team. As a Conversion Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing digital marketing communication with an understanding of the specific demands of digital media. They will be collaborating closely with other copywriters, designers, and organizational partners to create copy that is engaging, on-brand, and meets business goals. In addition to creating copy for a wide variety of users and user needs, the Conversion Copywriter will have the opportunity to transform the way we connect with our customers and drive business growth. From routine digital copy that drives sales (emails, social media, SMS), to writing funnel copy, headlines, and landing pages, this role will impact the entire user experience..

  Promotional/ Launch Copy
  • The Conversion Copywriter will be responsible for creating all copy needs required to launch a product that speaks on behalf of the brand itself. This includes:
    • Emails - Focus on clarity of the offer and driving traffic
      • Drip emails
      • Launch emails
    • Social Media Posts - Focus on details
      • Facebook Posts
      • Instagram Posts
      • YouTube Description Posts
      • Pinterest Posts (as needed)
    • SMS Text Messages

• 
  Funnel Copy/ Web Copy
  • Create compelling headlines
  • Develop optimized copy for web, including online features, promotion, email marketing campaigns as well as website content, headlines and landing pages. The focal point of all this content is to drive clicks and open rates for copy that includes a revenue driven CTA.
• Analyze advertising ad components (copy, headlines, link descriptions) to improve copy performance
• Communicate positive brand standards and collaborate with internal/external business partners to ensure continuity of brand and message
• Customize copy based on product, program and initiative
• Collaborating with Graphic Designers to ensure copy and graphics align
• Edit all copy to align with legal and compliance guidelines

The target compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000, based on qualifications and experience.
