As a Barclays Control Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the BCUS Virtual Channels and Banking Operations Process & Control Automation program efforts including the continuous monitoring and reporting on the performance and commitments we have made in the automation space as well as identifying and tracking new opportunities for automation. The Controls Analyst will support the group in a number of different control automation functions aligned to the Virtual Channels and Banking Operations.

$55,000 - $85,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting Control Automation initiatives, ensuring that manual controls have a path to automation, where possible
- Identifying opportunities for control automation and contributing to remediation solutions
- Supporting weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on Controls as they progress in the automation journey
- Working Control Automation lead and Operations to conduct control automation assessments
- Liaising with Control Automation, Operations, Ops Readiness and Product Owners to find areas of control automation opportunity
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement and best practices in the control automation space across Virtual Channels
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in banking or other regulated industry environment
- Demonstrated management experience in a control or control-type environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Operational Risk, Conduct Risk, Compliance, Audit, and or Control Background
- Strategic planning background and pays attention to details.
- Strong people management and development skills
- Ability to build and sustain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
