Call Center / Member Service Rep. (Full Time)- Wethersfield Branch
Dutch Point Credit Union is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude!
This right candidate will display professionalism and provide our members with extraordinary member service. We are looking for a personable, energetic professional to complement our dynamic call center team. This individual must be detail oriented, possess excellent customer service/communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, basic teller/member service transactions and online banking and debit card troubleshooting. The right individual will quickly gain an understanding of how best to serve the members of Dutch Point Credit Union.
Skills Requirements: Previous banking and call center experience required. The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is essential. Bilingual skills a plus.
Other Requirements: Work a minimum of two Saturdays a month.
