Job Duties:

Provide technical support to customer’s workstations and infrastructure by troubleshooting problems, by phone, email, chat, remote access or face to face.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in technical projects to implement solutions based on client requirements
• Manage and support client environments (Windows servers and workstations, Virtual Infrastructure, VoIP, Firewalls etc.)
• Document client network topology, and pertinent configuration information
• Act as backup for other Technical Support Engineers

Requirements:

• Substantial experience in IT helpdesk support position or technical engineer role
• Substantial experience in IT roles with increasing levels of responsibility
• Experience with Microsoft Azure AD and various services (EMS\MFA\Intune, etc.)
• LAN/WAN networking experience, including VoIP experience is a plus
• Experience working in a complex and globally dispersed environment (preferably MSP experience)
• Strong results in achieving customer satisfaction across a variety of business functions
• Understanding of VM (Virtual Machine) design and deployment using VMWare
• Working knowledge of IPSec and VPN Technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Must be willing to travel within the tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach) on a daily basis
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must thrive in a high performance environment.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Advantage – Microsoft technical certifications
• Advantage – Experience with Veeam Backup and Recovery for both onsite and remote backups
• Hands on WatchGuard and/or Sonic firewall experience
• Required - Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience
• Schedule - Full time, Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:30p, Rotating on-call after hours, weekends, and Holidays
• Location - Virtuworks Miami HQ, Client Locations (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach)
• Not Remote
• Salary based on highly qualified candidates
