Full Time LCSW Clinical Supervisor/Therapist in Private Practice--LGBTQ+ Team

Resolution Counseling Center is a growing private practice providing in-network, outpatient psychotherapy to children, teens, individuals and couples. We are looking for an LCSW clinical supervisor to supervise up to 6 LSWs from two of our centers (Queer, I: Therapy Center and our Family Wellness Support Center). If you are eligible to be a supervisor but have not yet taken the course, you can still apply. In this full-time role, you'll be a supervisor but will still work with clients--20-22 sessions a week. Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate 2 in-person weekly group supervision meetings at our Jersey City office.
• Read and sign the notes of any provisionally licensed staff
• Report to site director regarding any concerns about any staff members
• Provide 20+ sessions to private practice clients/week
• Schedule Tuesday-Saturday (two days in office - Wednesdays and Fridays/three days remote - Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays)

Professional Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Current NJ LCSW license
• NASW-NJ approved LCSW supervisor credential
• 3+ years of full-time counseling experience as an LCSW
• Experience as a clinical supervisor

Preferential Consideration:

• Experience working with couples, families and children
• Advanced Training in providing clinically stimulating therapeutic supervision
• Special expertise to offer LGBTQ clients support
• Interest in working with infertility or postpartum clients
• Experience working with children, or clients of color
• Have extensive experience with assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention

Compensation: Starting salary is $80,000, plus health insurance, sick time, paid holidays, three weeks of PTO, and bonuses (productivity bonus, referral bonus and profit shares). With all the bonuses, salary can be around $86,000/year.
