Building Blocks Behavior Interventions provides Behavior Therapy to children, and adolescents with developmental disabilities in the Central Florida area. Job Overview

§ Supervise RBT and BCaBA, BCBA

§ Oversee the daily clinical operations and the implementation of treatment programs

§ Provide staff training and supervision

§ Create and run social skills and parent training programs on a weekly basis

§ Review and edit treatment plans

§ Oversee staff performance and client progress

§ Ensure clinic integrity and address ethical concerns

§ Oversee insurance plans, Central Reach entries, and client notes on a weekly basis.

§ Recruit and hire applicants for RBT and BCBA positions

§ Assist new clients and complete process of enrolling potential clients into the system.; and recognize and report any abuse.

What we require:
BCBA

• Masters Level Degree with a BACB license in Florida
• Pass a criminal background check
• Reliable means of transportation with proof of car insurance
• Active liability insurance
• Meet all qualified training and application requirements
• At least 3 years working as a BCBA
