Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Account Manager to join our team at a leading psychiatric company. The Client Success Account Manager will be responsible for promoting and being an advocate to our clients to promote our psychiatric products and services within the communities we serve. The successful candidate will be passionate about mental health and have a proven track record of sales and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Providing technical support to clients during the integration process
  • Developing and implementing account strategies to maximize sales opportunities
  • Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Providing regular reports to senior management on account performance
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
  • Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity

Compensation:

  • $55,000- $60,000

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License

Work Location: Hybrid, Marlton NJ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
