As a Clarion Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for Supervising and deploying resources for the security and safety of our client’s property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, and participate in the client’s emergency response procedures as appropriate and provide superior customer service.

Job Qualifications

• Must Be Armed & Have An Armed Security License
• 1 Years of verifiable Security Supervisory Experience
• Drive Long Periods Of Time All Over City To Check Accounts
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and to interact with customers, clients, and visitors of all categories.

• Obtain, hold, and maintain a Valid guard card/license, as required in the state for which you are applying.

• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.

• Basic computer skills to operate innovative technology.

• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and effectively.

• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat

• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.

• Check On Officers On Posts Making Sure Job Duties Are Being Done
• Available to work all shifts and hours at any time including nights and weekends.
