This part-time, 100% remote position will allow you to utilize your CFO, Controller or FP&A experience to do all the "fun stuff" of a CFO while driving real change and results to the businesses and lives of your clients.

Our main goal is to help businesses grow their profit margins and owners gain more life margin, a welcome change. We customize and help our clients implement our proprietary system, "The Path to 12%". They see tremendous value in our services and typically become long-term partners.

We tend to have a startup feel, but without the risk. This position has a high level of autonomy and is a great role for someone who enjoys training and sharing their knowledge with the companies we serve.

What You Can Expect:

• No previous landscape industry experience necessary - we enjoy hiring outside of our industry

• Location flexibility to work from home (*anywhere in Texas*) 25-30 hours per week

Requirements:

• Must reside in Texas

• Degree in Accounting

• FP&A / Controller / CFO Experience

• Big 4 or consulting experience preferred

• Strong analytical ability & attention to detail

• Strong leadership & executive presentation

• Proficient use of technology

• Operational understanding

• Get it done mentality

• Client first mindset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $75.00 per hour
