Position: National Accounts Representative

Job Definition: As a National Account Representative you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an outstanding business relationship with new and old National Accounts by providing the highest level of customer care and response time to Junk King’s highest revenue customers, maximizing every job opportunity and increasing revenue.

Job Scope and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer care and identify growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate professionalism and discipline with external and internal customers
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, meeting due dates
  • Answer inbound phone calls and monitor inbound email from customers and franchisees
  • Monitor work queue and make outbound calls to customers to set appointments as needed and enter and process and schedule work orders as received from customers throughout your shift
  • Outbound calling to set customer appointments
  • Assist other teams within the Call Center as assigned
  • Demonstrate an understanding of email etiquette
  • Act as Franchisee liaison with National Accounts, to get questions answered and issues resolved
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Excel
  • Demonstrate ability to implement feedback, coaching, and training to improve customer service skills and technical competency
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic: arriving at work on time, completing tasks as assigned, and meeting deadlines
  • Show flexibility with business changes and conditions
  • Strive to attain goals set by Supervisor

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to Build Relationships: Proven history of establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with all key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Communicate Effectively: Write and speak in a clear, thorough, and effective manner
  • Focus on Customer Needs: Anticipate, Listen and Respond to the needs of internal and external Customers
  • Organize: Set priorities and manage an efficient schedule to meet all deadlines
  • Plan: Constantly evaluate action items and status updates to ensure completion of tasks

  • Education Requirements: Minimum high school diploma
  • Computer Skills: Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required, intermediate skill level preferred
  • Familiar with Windows OS
  • Able to multi-task with several web windows and applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
