We specialize in residential cabinet finishing and interior residential re-painting work, typically Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

About the job:

- Preparing and painting cabinets in our shop and in the field

- Preparing and painting various surfaces in existing occupied homes.

- Application techniques include brush, roller, and spraying.

About You

- You like to be challenged

- You can lift 50 pounds and can climb step ladders.

Schedule

- 40 hours a week typically between the hours of 7 and 4:30

- Some overtime available for those that would like it but not required.

Requirements:

- Must be able to drive to the shop or work site.

- Authorized to work in the United States

- Experience in spraying including automotive experience is a plus.

We are always looking for team members in the following positions:

Crew Leader: $23-$26

- Someone who can paint and manage all projects and make team members better through daily training and mentoring.

Lead Painter: $20-$22

- Someone able to paint a project without supervision and manage most projects when a Crew Leader is absent.

Painter: $17-$19

- Someone able to paint most substrates with supervision of a Lead Painter or Crew Leader

Apprentice: $15-$16

- Someone with no professional painting experience.

Experience is not required, however we are highly selective so it is strongly encouraged to submit a cover letter on why you believe you would be a good fit.
