Business Development- Staffing Agency – Light Industrial - WORK REMOTE - Dallas Fort Worth, TX

$95 to 100K + base + Full Benefits + Uncapped Commissions + Car Allowance

Due to continued growth our client is looking for a Regional Business Development Representative. This is a direct contributor to expand their footprint in the United States. Larger accounts 50++ temps per site.

Our client has a long history of strong customer retention and solid industry reputation.

Your day will consist of:

Identifying larger national industry specific light industrial prospects that increase the company’s footprint.

Create a strong pipeline of targets within the light industrial sector.

Partner with marketing and other cross functional teams to create competitive and innovative proposals.

Manage the sales process through its full lifecycle including supporting an effective implementation and hand off with the Operations Team.

Leverage technology to attract opportunities and manage a sales portfolio.

Build strong relationships within the marketplace.

In order to qualify:

You should have 7 + years business development experience as an individual contributor within the staffing - light industrial industry.

A successful history of developing new business complimented with excellent negotiation skills to close larger deals (50+ temps per site)

Proven track record of increasing revenue through the generation of leads.

Experience generating leads from inception to close.

Ability to work in a team environment.

The ability to work with senior executives to align sales strategies and solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

Willingness to travel when required.
