The Walt Disney World® Resort is recruiting Transportation Bus Drivers who are positive, dependable, and focused on maintaining the safety of our guests as they travel throughout multiple routes within our parks and resorts. As a part of our passionate team, you would be expected to observe Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and other state and local traffic laws and meet the Department of Transportation Physical Standards.

A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not necessary to be considered for the Transportation Bus Driver role but will be required if hired. Candidates must obtain/have a valid Florida Driver's License to begin the CDL process. If selected, you will receive paid training to obtain your CDL, and the company will reimburse the cost of the CDL.

Transportation Bus Drivers receive a starting rate of $18.00/hourly.

Parking: Parking is available in the Grapefruit Garage (located next to the Walt Disney World Casting Building) on the third floor. Use the pedestrian bridge to make your way to our building.

Transportation Bus Driver- Full Time, Walt Disney World

Basic Qualifications :
  • At a minimum, qualified Candidates must have at least 5 years of current valid licensed operating experience which must be continuous, and the last three years must have been in the United States. If the license was held in Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or any US Territory, a valid US Driver's License from the continental United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, must be currently held for 1 year.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age due to licensed driving requirements
  • Ability to communicate both verbal and written information to guests and Dispatch Operators
  • Proven record of following state and federal motor vehicle regulations
  • Must meet The Department of Transportation Physical Standards and Regulations

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY :
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
