Come work for a local, female-owned consignment store! We are looking for team members for ALL THREE of our locations: Beacon Hill, South Boston and Back Bay!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly and uplifting environment.
• Learn to accept and curate merchandise for the shop from consignors
• Help maintain social media outlets -namely Instagram and TikTok
• Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and general housekeeping
• Maintain consigner accounts during and after the consignment process
• Reach daily and monthly store sales goals

You:

• Must have previous retail, fashion, and/or design experience. Extra points for resale/consignment experience
• Must be customer focused and passionate about creating raving fans!
• Must have a proven track record of exceptional customer experience and memorable service
• Must have a working knowledge of luxury and fashion brands
• Must have excellent personal style
• Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment (yes, consignment is very fast paced!)
• Must be confident in your work and it shows in your ability to be independent and show initiative
• Must be responsible and reliable
