Responsibilities As the Receptionist, you are the first impression of the center.

You will welcome patients and coordinate front-desk activities. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality. This is not a remote position. Center Address: 301 NW 84th Avenue Plantation, FL 33324 Job Functions: Welcomes patients and visitors Assists patients with any needed requests/questions Appointment Scheduling Answering Incoming calls Verification of Insurances Collecting Patient Charges Data Entry Other Administrative duties as needed Requirement Qualifications: Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting is highly preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.

Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Team player with a positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high call volume Attention to detail and highly organized Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Medical Terminology Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records) specifically with ECW (eClinicalWorks) Working hours: Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM Being a part of the Conviva team gives you: We offer tangible and intangible benefits such as medical, dental and vision benefits, 401k, tuition reimbursement, vacation, paid holidays, work-life balance, growth, a positive and fun culture and much more.
