Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related degree

  • 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • 4+ years if data entry/data analysis experience:
  • Conducting regular reviews of data and reports.
  • Supporting data analysts’ efforts and identifying trends
  • Reviews of data reports for completeness and accuracy
  • Proficient in utilizing Outlook, Word and Excel; PowerPoint, Access, Visio.
  • Experience with ClientTrack (data tool)
  • Experience facilitating trainings related to data collection and data entry.

D2D:

The Data Entry Supervisor will be responsible for providing refugee resettlement and integration support for ongoing and collaborative efforts by federal, state, and local governments, non-profits, resettlement agencies, and community organizations. They will provide support guidance training and technical assistance with data collection and data entry; they will ensure that data collected is clean and entered in the statewide database in an accurate and timely fashion. The Data Entry Supervisor will monitor data collection and support corrective action plans when necessary. They will maintain close communication with the Data Entry Specialist to resolve discrepancies. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with TXOR leadership
  • Oversee Data collection & Data Entry
  • Supervise your team through meetings, weekly/bi-weekly touchpoints, quarterly conversations, and annual reviews.
  • Provide regular opportunity for your team to gain feedback as it relates to their performance.
  • Collaborate with TXOR Data Team to interpret data, monitor implementation, and explore emerging trends.
  • Provide ongoing training and assistance to data entry specialist to address and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
  • Compile datasets for analysis.
  • Perform data audits and cleaning as needed, within the statewide database, to ensure clean and accurate data.
  • Compile data for monthly implementation reports for various stakeholders and partners in accordance with established reporting timelines.
  • Collaborate with the CMA Program Managersto interpret data, monitor implementation, and explore emerging trends.
  • Hold staff accountable for meeting data sharing and reporting requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
