Here at I-U Behavioral Services, our focus is to provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, adults, and their families with and without special needs. We don’t focus on an individual’s diagnosis, but rather their uniqueness as an individual. We help children and adults gain the necessary functional and socially significant skills that need strengthening.

Ideal candidate must have experience with verbal behavior, discrete trials, NET teaching and data collection. Must be willing to work in the home, office, and community setting and be able to work Monday through Friday 5-8 hours per day.

We offer flexible, part-time schedules, RBT training and we provide BCBA supervision hours to individuals pursuing their BCBA certification.

Currently have an immediate position available in, New Brunswick NJ, Brick NJ, Freehold NJ, East Brunswick NJ, Howell NJ and Perth Amboy NJ.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct, one-on-one behavior analytic services to clients

Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation

Attend regular supervision sessions with assigned BCBA or BCBA for each client

Strictly adhere to treatment plan written by BCBA/BCBA supervisor for each individual client and report changes in behavior unsuccessful programs directly to assigned BCBA or BCBA supervisor for each client

Accurately collects behavior data including, but not limited to: A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, event, and interval-based recording

Assist with skills assessments and development

Assist with functional behavior assessments

Record and keep track of individual schedule in practice management system

Report cancelled appointments directly to supervising BCBA/BCBA for each client

Maintain and submit accurate time records and convert appointments within 24-hours of each completed session. Accurately complete required notes for each session within 24-hours of service provision

Consistently adhere to Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s (BACB) RBT Code of Ethics

Seek assistance and collaboration from team members as needed

Assist with other project and duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE:
Required: High School Diploma, or Equivalent

A minimum of 1 year experience working with children ages 4-16 with special needs/autism; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
