ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· Must have 2+ years bartending experience in an upscale restaurant.

· Upbeat and personable attitude at all times, even in busy and challenging moments.

· Possess strong teamwork and ownership skills.

· Knowledge of basic cocktails and liquors.

· Maintain knowledge of standards and procedures.

· Able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to stand for several hours, exert well-paced mobility, and lift heavy items up to 40 pounds.

· Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
