What will you be doing?

· Be attentive and provide excellent customer service.

· Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status.

· Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers.

· When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs.

· Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

· Represent Hyundai of New Port Richey’s stellar reputation in a polished and professional manner.

· Have fun!

We are seeking candidates with

· Experience as an automotive Service Advisor.

· Hyundai brand experience, a plus!

· Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.

· An understanding of the mechanical and technical

· Computer proficiency.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Team player

· Polished and professional

· Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
