Automotive Facilitator/Consultant Job at Maritz Automotive
Maritz Automotive seeks experienced consultant/facilitator residing in the Canton area to work on-site with dealership managers and teams to navigate data, integrate tools/resources and implement processes that will drive sales and customer retention.
Candidate should have 2+ years experience in the following areas: consultation/facilitation, data analysis, presentation skills, process design and implementation. A proven track record in effective project management, coaching and communication skills is also necessary. Prior experience working in or with automotive dealerships within Sales, Service, BDC, etc., is strongly preferred. You will be responsible for an assigned territory in which you will deliver results for our top-tier automotive client. This is a full-time agreement position requiring candidates to reside in the Canton area. Travel is required.
