The Transformation Lead provides stakeholders a level of service to educate on the automation and reporting toolset at our disposal while also collecting opportunities and defining inefficiencies in their spaces. These opportunities are then allocated to the proper channels that can assist and develop solutions via intelligent automation tools to create process efficiencies, reduce risk, implement controls, etc. Primary responsibilities include: partnering with requesting teams to capture automation requirements; prioritizing and providing timelines for projects; influencing stakeholders and generating ideation to make processes better and build the super user community in the organization.
Success in the role requires creating an environment of continual innovation based on data interpretation, customer / stakeholder interviews and adopting latest digital technologies to provide excellent client service and streamlined employee experience. Positive business impact needs to be evidenced through key performance indicators to demonstrate the value of the role to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business contacts to document and understand requirements for automation opportunities including documenting current state process in Signavio
- Implement solutions within Alteryx, Xceptor and Tableau to create efficiency across the organization
- Partner with Business, Operations and Technology colleagues for timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and time
- Identify and communicate issue trends based on data analysis
- Investigate opportunities to reduce costs, provide automation, and analyze fluctuations in key metrics
- Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to manage the expectations of the internal business partners for a positive client experience
- Ensure timely and concise communication with key business partners and senior management
- Ensure compliance with Global Information Risk activities (Identity and Access Management; Recertification of distribution lists, shared drives, databases, and applications)
- Participate in defect and issue resolution during QA and UAT testing cycles
- Partner with other Change Mobilization teams on solutions that cannot be handled in the intelligent automation toolset available to the team
- Partner with Control and Risk partners to increase risk awareness and drive efforts to strengthen the control environment
- Represent Operations as subject matter expert on cross-functional operational initiatives, effectively communicating the status and issues to interested parties

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Intelligent Solutions tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor and/or Tableau
- Ability to interface with both Technology and Business Partners to develop project requirements
- Skill to think strategically and execute a strategic plan
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Operational Risk / Control
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including prioritization
- Results oriented - execute tasks and initiatives effectively and efficiently
- Strong relationship building and partnership skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence others outside of direct reporting responsibility
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, and Conditional Formatting)
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years operations experience
- Project management experience
- A solid understanding of Private Banking products and services is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of financial products with an understanding of the attributes of investment products, as well as related calculations
