Established upscale Family Friendly hair salon is now accepting applications for an Assistant Manager! We are a locally women owned business and we have been Chicagoland's Premier Children's Hair Salon for over 24 years!

We are looking for a cutting Assistant Manager that is outgoing, personable, reliable, and goal driven professional to join our team at KidSnips.

We are seeking applicants with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, can multitask efficiently, with a "can do" attitude. Applicant must take pride in his/her own appearance and well-being and believes learning never ends. In addition, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company! We provide:

Requirements:

• Valid Cosmetology or Barbers License
• Experience: Two years previous experience in similar environment/management - Required
• Excellent client service, communication and organization skills
• Be Fashionable and professional looking
• Ability to manage time and staff effectively
• Ability to perform basic computer skills
• Self-motivated and ready to go above and beyond
• Flexibility to work a couple of days/evenings, and one weekend day per week. Approx 35-40 hours per week
• Team player
