We are one park district, one community.
- Mowing grass, trimming shrubs and caring for all plantings in the park.
- Performing preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Keeping grounds free of all debris, checking for vandalism and making immediate reports.
- Maintaining athletic fields and other facilities located in the park.
- Assisting the Park Manager with supervision of staff assigned to the park, keeping time and attendance records and other reports as requested.
- Working with other park division maintenance crews during winter months on an as-needed basis.
- In the absence of the Park Manager, be in charge of the maintenance work and crew as instructed.
- Following all safety procedures that pertain to the duties performed. Supporting all aspects of the Park District's safety program.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
