Administrative Assistant - Giddings, TX Job at Magnolia Oil & Gas Operating LLC
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in our field office located in Giddings, TX. The position requires experience in handling a wide range of administrative support, including some accounting duties, such as, invoice coding and processing. This role is a valuable member of the administration team and a bridge to operational leaders to help perform other functions such as, accounts payable, time and expenses, receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Evaluates, codes, and facilitates the process of in-bound invoices in Open Invoice.
- Collect and distribute mail.
- Enters data and report information into the various operational systems.
- Compiles run tickets weekly and monthly to be mailed into the Corporate office.
- Provide administrative support to operational leaders.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in similar role, preferred.
- Good time management, communication, and people skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft application skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Requires general analytical and math skills.
- Able to multitask effectively.
