Job Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
- Understand expense accounts.
- Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, use tax, etc.)
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

- Experience: No Experience Necessary
- Education: High School Diploma
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (primarily Excel)
- Infor and SmartTouchAP software experience a plus
- Be detail-oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
