Covid Vaccine REQUIRED
- $14-$15hr based on shift
- M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm and every other weekend
- Accelerated start with proof of TB/Physical within the past 12 months
- Client temp to perm negotiable
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
- Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
- Provide personal care management to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Total Care
- Must be able to complete daily activity notes
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent (some college preferred)
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with persons with mental and developmental disabilities
- Ability to complete and/or produce requested background clearances
- Experience in community based residential programs (preferred)
- Covid Vaccination
- Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to apply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
